Module Description:

A crisis situation is a test of leadership where leaders are put in an unfamiliar situation that they must respond to. It is in this crucial period that leaders should be keen in calculating the situation and turn the crisis into opportunities. In this session, the participants are equipped with various strategies to navigate through the situation and become familiar with the nature of the crisis. While these strategies may not necessarily provide solutions, however, putting them into action empowers leaders to be more confident in their leadership roles, allowing their organizations to have legs to stand on, while traversing the unstable and unpredictable crisis situation.
