Module Description:

The need for organizations to change is imperative; it is vital to cope with a new, more challenging market environment. The unprecedented development in digital technology and the ubiquitous changes around  are posing challenges for organizations to rethink their old systems and processes, while inviting innovative and adaptive leadership for change. In this session, the participants are assisted to understand the concept and context of change – the shared uncertainties and shared sentiments of people, and how incremental changes can be implemented and managed with a sense of shared connection among leaders.
