Mastering People Management: Motivate, Empower and Lead People

Module Description:

In this session, the participants will be equipped with the necessary leadership and management skills in key areas of people management, including motivation, delegation and empowerment, coaching and communication. The session is anchored on and espouses the applicability at work of the action-centered leadership framework:

1. develop individuals
2. build team, and;
3. achieve tasks

At the end of the session, the participants will be able to identify various strategies that will improve their relationship with their teams to make them more motivated, empowered, and engaged at work.
